What is SLS?
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) is a 3D Printing technology/Additive manufacturing process belonging to the Powder Bed Fusion family. An industrial 3D printing process, (SLS) is ideal for manufacturing/prototyping of end-use parts. The SLS technology creates an object by using a laser that sinters the particles of a polymer powder, based on the CAD design file loaded, fusing the powder particles together and building a part layer-by-layer.
SLS 3D Printing is a highly accurate manufacturing technology, that can be used for prototyping of functional polymer components and also for small production runs. The biggest benefit of the technology is that it can print the most intricate of designs with minimal/zero post processing requirements as the process can print components without any supports. This technology offers high design freedom and high accuracy, producing parts with consistent mechanical properties.
Available Materials
Nylon 12 (PA 12) :
SLS nylon is a robust thermoplastic with all-around excellent physical properties, ideal for functional prototypes and end-use applications.
Glass-filled Nylon (PA 12 GF) :
Glass-filled SLS nylon is reinforced with glass beads creating parts with higher stiffness and thermal stability than standard nylon.

That’s a scale model we 3D Printed for UBER
Working with VNV Printlab, we 3D Printed a 1:70 Scale Model of Delhi’s Metro Station for UBER.
Presented to the government and the press by UBER CEO, Dara Khosrowshahi, the model sought to build awareness about the project.
Coupled with overlay motion graphics using Augmented Reality, the model became alive and interactive for the audience
