Returns And Replacement Policy

Acceptance of return or replacement of products shall always be subject to and conditional upon satisfaction of the terms and conditions of this Return and Replacement policy as enumerated herein.

We may accept returns/ replacement for products purchased only through our website. Products purchased through any mode other than our website are not eligible for return/ replacement. Please note that used/ altered products cannot be returned/ replaced. Products once purchased are non-refundable. Except as provided under the Refund Policy, no money will be refunded for the products purchased by you. A product purchased by you shall be eligible for return or replacement, as the case may be, if and only if such product satisfies any of the following conditions:

1. The product is sold/ delivered in a physically damaged/defective condition; or
2. The product has missing parts or accessories as ordered by you; or
3. You have received a product which is different from the product described in the invoice.

If the product purchased by you fulfills any of the above conditions, you are required to inform our Customer Care within 4 business days of receipt of the package, by writing to us at or calling on +91 79772 13930 between 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, (Monday to Saturday). However, the damaged/ missing product is required to be informed as above within 2 days of receipt of the package.

Return requests will be validated by our team and instructions on how to return the product will be provided via email within 2 business days from the date of receipt of return request from you. Thereafter, the reverse pickup will be arranged within 5 business days of receiving a follow up email from our team. You are required to return the product with original packaging tags, labels, original packaging, without tempering of serial number, along with the freebies and other parts or accessories failure of which shall lead to rejection of return/ replacement request.

Returns for opened filaments can be accepted only if less than 100gms of the filament has been used. If you have used more than 100gms of filament the open filament will not be accepted at any condition. Returns for filaments will be accepted only after the below process has been followed:

For any issues while using Filaments if you face any issues while using the filament and are not satisfied with the results, we can assist you to optimise the settings for your machine via a video/telephone call. If you still don’t receive proper results, we can call for the filament back to our office (shipping to be borne by the customer) and test the same on our machines. If we are able to
achieve successful prints there will be no refund/return for the order (we will share videos/pictures of the printed part), and we can ship the filament back to you at additional shipping charges. If while testing at our end, the filaments does not give results, then we will refund the amount for the filament to you along with the return shipping charges.

On receipt of the returned product, we will proceed to inspect the same and validate the claim. The inspection and validation of the claim will take place within 3 working days of receipt of the returned product(s). Our Customer Care team will be in touch with you thereafter.

Once approved as an eligible return, a credit note or replacement will be issued to you. If the product is found not eligible for return, it will be couriered back to you. Replacements are subject to the availability of stock. In the event that a replacement may not be available, TESSERACT may issue a credit note against the full amount of purchase price excluding the cash on delivery charges, shipping charges or othere charges (if applicable). Credit notes can be utilized on a future purchase on our website. All disputes in connection with Returns and Replacement Policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with Indian laws and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Competent Courts at Mumbai only
