SLA 3D Printing Services
In SLA or Stereolithography, objects are 3D Printed out of a liquid photopolymer resin which solidifies upon contact with light.
A laser or the light source maps each layer and selectively cures it. After a layer has been solidified, the platform lifts up and a new layer of resin flows beneath the object once again. This process is repeated until the object is completed.
SLA helps produce highly accurate parts with smooth surface finishes. Commonly used for highly detailed sculptures, jewellery moulds, and prototypes.
Standard Resin :
High-detail resin that produces parts with a smooth, injection mold-like surface finish. It is brittle and used for non-functional parts.
Clear Resin :
Has a semi-transparent appearance
Tough Resin (ABS Like) :
Has properties of ABS and produces parts with improved mechanical properties compared to standard resin. Can be used for functional parts.
Durable Resin (PP Like) :
Semi-flexible, ideal for snap fit assemblies and high-detail durable prototypes.
Rubber like Resin :
Rubber-like feel and shore hardness < 70A that can be compressed and bent. Lacks the performance of true rubber.
Heat-Resistant Resin :
Has high stiffness and excellent temperature resistance.
Castable Resin :
High-detail resin used to produce patterns for investment casting. They burn out cleanly with no ash or residue.

Working with VNV Printlab, we 3D Printed a 1:70 Scale Model of Delhi’s Metro Station for UBER.
Presented to the government and the press by UBER CEO, Dara Khosrowshahi, the model sought to build awareness about the project.
Coupled with overlay motion graphics using Augmented Reality, the model became alive and interactive for the audience
