FDM 3D Printing Services
What is FDM?
FDM (also known as FFF) stands for Fused Deposition Modelling.
This is the most commonly used 3D Printing technology, which can fulfil the prototyping and manufacturing needs of all industries.
In FDM, the 3D printer heats a thermoplastic filament to its melting point and then selectively deposits it in a pre-determined path layer by layer, to create a 3-dimensional object.
We at Tesseract, have one of India’s largest FDM/FFF 3D Printing Setups with over 50 FDM machines
We manufacture our own materials so you don’t have to worry about quality. Made from production-grade materials, parts made out of our filaments come out dense and strong.
Below is the list of materials available in FDM:
- Carbon Fiber Composites
Mark Forged Machine Material Capabilities
Onyx FR (Fire Retardant)
High Strength High Temperature Fiberglass

That’s India’s largest 3D printed installation
Working with Folds Design Studio, our 3D Printing experts cranked out India’s largest 3D Printed installation standing at 8 feet tall.
On display at Mumbai International Aiport, it demonstrates the potential of 3D Printing and created awareness amongst the general public
